He was born in 1954 in Esme a district of Usak. He finished primary and middle school in Esme. After he had graduated Gokceada teachers training school in 1971, he worked as a primary school teacher 2 years in Korgun a district of Trabzon. Than he took an university examination again and he won Hacettepe University school of business administration. He graduated in 1977. He did his military service as an officer in Corlu a district of Tekirdag. He married in 1979 and now he has 2 childreen named Canan and Cavit.

   He started his business life as a manager in Koy-Kop. He worked 1 year in Koy-Kop than he resigned and started his free working life. At first several years he tried different jobs. He operated a grocery market. After he had transfered the grocery store, he started the ground work of textile wastes with a thread combing machine in 1981. Now he is still busy with textile wastes recycle and evalation with 3 Laroche and 1 Italian tearing machines. He can speak a little english.

Cavit COBAN

   He was born in 1983 in Usak. He finished primary school in Usak. He complated middle and high school in İzmir Bornova Anatolian High School. He graduated in 2001. Now he is a student of last class in Afyon Kocatepe  University Machine Engineering and he is working at H. Halil COBAN Textile Wastes Recycle and Evalation  Company in Usak as an administrator at the same time. He can speak advanced english.

Canan COBAN

   She was born in 1981 in Usak. She finished primary school in Usak. She complated middle and high school in İzmir Bornova Anatolian High School. She graduated in 1999. After she graduated İzmir Dokuz Eylul University part of economics, she is working at H. Halil COBAN Mop Yarn  Company in Isparta as a manager. She can speak advanced english and a little italian.
